bright turquoise blue in color, hemispherical in shape, the exterior decorate with black pigment. 
 
Condition: Fragment as shown, a superb piece with exceptional provenance.  Highly recommended.

Provenance:  Donated to the Minneapolis Institute of Art in the 1927 by Lily Place, deaccessioned in 1958 and thereafter in the George Ollinger private collection, Pennsylvania, thereafter in a private Pennslvanyia collection, acquired from the Ollinger estate in the late 1990's.  Museum accession number on back:  27.41.148.
